is this a new pup?  Is it a new behavior, or just something that kinda happened?  Can you tell a little about your daily routine?

where did you get your pup?  I'm trying to figure out what your routine and interaction with your dog is like, otherwise it's hard to say why it is scared of you.

after reading your other post about the food, it's clear that your dog is not getting anywhere near the nutrition it needs.  I really think we need to know about your daily routine so we can help out, and give real advice.  Be as detailed as possible, what do you do when you wake up, when does she eat, play, train, etc.  The more you can tell us, the better we can help.

sorry for not giving the deatils

spicy eats in the morning by 7:00 am

we go for a walk after she eats

after a long walk  7:20 to 8:30 am

she rests till after noon and no one distrubs her since me and my mom are the only persons in my home i leave for work (mom stays at home ) she eats again at 1:00 pm in the afternoon (started to feed her from yesterday )

i return home by 4 in the eve as soon as i return i play with her this is where the problem started

after playing with her i leave her in the backyard and agian by 6 i train her .....now at basics teaching her to sit and say hi.. again i feed her by 7 or 7:30

i take her to a walk again after eating her dinner .......

we will really go for a long walk in eve ....

Try this :

First get a cheap 4 foot lead from the dollor store , it's about $2 . Leave it on her when she is supervised , NEVER unsupervised , you don't want her to get tangled up and no one there to help her get untangled . Let her drag it around the house or yard . Again ( NEVER UNSUPERVISED )

When you feed her at 7 am , when you are putting her food down , make her sit and stay for about 2 seconds then tell her go eat , chow down , soups on , what ever command you wish to use . Remember " baby steps ". You will extend the time for sit and stay over a few days by a few seconds at a  time . She learns three things here : one is sit the other is stay and the third is that the food is YOURS and only hers when you say it is .

When you and her go for ya'lls walk , cut this time in half . Puppys get bored really quick . The other half of this time play with her . Use her favorite toy to entice her or just explore her backyard with her . When you do this use her name often . Talk to her , don't call , just talk , you can recite the gettysberg address , just insert her name often . This will teach her to follow you on her own without being tugged along . If she doesn't follow right away , keep walkin' and talkin' . Your neighbors will think your a lunatic but we don't care about them , right ?

I don't know what interaction your Mom has with the puppy except for , I  assume , feeding at 1 pm . Your mom , if she feeds her , should do the same sit and stay routine when placing the food ( remember very short stay time ) .You should really have her crate trained if you haven't already . The crate gives you a safe place to put her when she cannot be supervised and dogs are den animals , they feel safe in their crates when their accustomed to it and will go there to feel secure . Also aids in house training .

At 4 pm when you return home , DO NOT rush up to the puppy squealing her name . Just walk in calmly and put your things up or what ever you need to do . Let her smell you and get use to the idea your back . Then pet her talk to her calmly ( again using her name often ) . You can play the same games as you do in the morning ( remember favorite toy ) . After playing with her ,let her stay inside with you while you do your thing instead of being banished to the back yard . You will have to watch her and  bring her outside often , like every 15 minutes , for her potty breaks . ( again ,crates help with this too ) When you bring her out for P. B. , remember that 4 foot leash , walk her out on that and as soon as she's done a very hearty GOOD GIRL is in order , then right back inside letting her drag her leash around her area , she sould only have access to limited areas of the house , preferably right under your nose . Lessons learned here : She'll see you as the boss . The house is our den not a toilet . She IS part of the pack .

Now for the training : It's better to have 3 five minute sessions than to have 1 fifteen minute session . Puppys have the attention span of a gnat . You can do those 5 minute sessions spaced out in an hour . Consistency is the key . Work on one thing a week , sit or stay or say hi . I would go in this order : Sit week one , Stay week two , Come week three . Work on one command a week . At this age very little to no correction is used . Reward with treats ( I call them bribes ) . I use pup-peroni cut into pieces about the size of my little fingernail , just a taste . As for the looong walk , shorten it and have more backyard time without holding the lead as in the morning .

For the 4 foot leash and why : When the puppy retreats under a table or a chair , you don't reach in to get her , you call her name and gently tow her out from under the furniture . When you have her give her a atta girl and a bribe . When you approach and she retreats place your foot on the lead walking up the leash and when you reach her pet her on the head saying good ( place dogs name here ) a bribe then walk away .

Look don't worry , your puppy isn't broke just confused . She will come around and I can hear it now " Get off ! your heavy ! "

A little more than my 2 cents worth , you got the nickle tour , best to ya !
