;D Have you chosen yet? I love the picture of Brownie and Romeo with Paris standing at alert and I love all the little cone heads by the way..they remind me of some strange little alien race :D Also very impressed by your playroom for the puppies. Wish i had thought of that when Q was little.

I absolutely love the journal. If anyone ever wonders why a responsible breeder can charge so much more than a puppy mill, and questions why quality breeders only have a litter every other year or so, this helps answer those questions. You have indeed raised a wonderful litter and I know that the families appreciate the head start their new family members got because of your efforts.

I know that I appreciate the effort put into Princess that made her such a wonderful addition.

How funny.. I just checked the journal yesterday and now there are more pictures.. I will miss their journey and hope they will be blessed by their new families.. The last picture brought bittersweet tears to my eyes. How you love that baby and how brave you are to let it go. You are the best dobermom in the world and we are so happy to have met you and all the kids.
Love and best wishes
Katie and Sofia

I thought you were keeping one. I noted that you have an interest in Ruby (nee Sophie) and maybe that was what you referred to. I know you will find the right one.

Oh, I fully understand. That is how I got into so many around here. I kept some I was having a hard time giving up. They can be just so darned cute. The photos you took at Christmas are classic, with puppies in the basket and well done. I'm glad I didn't have to choose, I would probably have kept them all. But then I'm an old softie.

Thank you for sharing those pictures.  She is unbelievably beautiful, and super smart.  A picture like that makes me proud to own a dog that even looks remotly like her.  Great Job!

I love Paris in the Springtime.... I love Paris in the Fall. Do you sing that to her all the time?
Amazing and hard to believe she's gotten her trim body back in such wonderful shape so quickly..the picture of her jumping shows off her deep chest and what a gorgeous girl she is! Her headshot is pure perfection.
What does SHE think about keeping Romeo?
I am so proud of you for being such a conscientious breeder/trainer. I liken it to the wonderful foster parents I've met who love their kids with all their great hearts, and know that they are grooming them for a lifetime of opportunity and blessings.

I can see how another male has the name Secret Affair, but RnD's Secret Affair as well as RnD's Secret Agent Man? How can someone else use your kennel name unless you allowed it. I know When I bought Trudy from ValMar Kennels, they let me use the name. There was a box to check if I remember correctly.

That being said:
RnD's Secret Lover

RnD's Secret Romeo

RnD's Secret Admirer

RnD's Secret Romance ? ( Being the Romeo he is you know....) :-*
RnD's Secret Dream ?
RnD's Secret Dream Catcher?
Let us know what you decide, we've all been part of his young life and have a special connection to Mom and babe!!

Secret Dream Catcher has a nice Native American ring to it, which is fitting for the area where you live.

well don't keep it a "Secret" too long. We're all excited. Good luck! There's more to naming a pup than meets the eye and it's a big decision.. Have to think of how it will look on the BLUE RIBBONS!

Paris has always been one of our favorites and I thank you so much for sending her latest acheivements.  The girl actually gets airborne! She is glorious!

Those are classic photos of a gorgeous Dobe going through the paces. There is nothing more beautiful than to see a Dobie in action, be it just running loose in the field out back, agility trials or even in the show arena. The poetry of motion is something indeed.

To reduce the photos you need to actually reduce them before uploading them to photobucket. I use MS Paint which comes with Windows. Now the different versions of Windows uses different terminology. In Windows XP, open the photo in Paint and then click on Image on the horizontal menu and then in the pull down, click on Stretch/Skew. This will open a dialog box that in the top section (stretch) has percentages for the horizontal and vertical sides. I usually reduce them to 50% for most photos, and even more for my new camera. I reduce the photo enough so that when saved it is approximately 500,000 bytes when saved. Keep in mind that if you reduce the length and width both to 50%, in fact the new photo is only 25% of the original. Also, when I save the photo, I add a letter (A or B or even C on a third run) to the photo so as to not alter the original. This is accomplished by clicking on File in the top horizontal menu and then on "Save As" rather than "Save".

If you are running Vista, the instructions are pretty much the same, except that after clicking on Image, the menu choice in the pull down menu is now "Resize/Skew".

In Windows 7, the Paint program has the new ribbon interface across the top. In the ribbon, there is a small icon in the far upper left corner that looks like a document with a small down arrow just to the right of the icon. To open the photo, click on the icon and then click on open and then point to the location of the original photo. There are only two ribbons, home and view, unlike some of the Office applications which can have as many as five or six. The ribbons have replaced the older pull down menus. Once you have the photo file open, on the home ribbon, click on resize and once again choose the percentage you want to reduce to on the horizontal and vertical dimensions. To save the photo, click again on the small icon in the far upper left, click on save as, choose the format (JPG, GIF, etc) and after changing the name and then click on save.

Wow took my breath away! I wish I was able to do that with Izzy.
She looks so elegant! A real beauty!

As far as picture resizing goes here is a free software that is simple to use.
I have not used it in years but it use to be totally free with no nagging...I don't know about it today.
