So, I came in tonight to a truly "barking" mad house as the OH has discovered that a good woof in Meg's direction when she's being cheeky works wonders!  No running up the stairs, no sneeky chewing of boots, slippers etc., and most impressively no obsessing over the contents of the cats' food bowls.  At one point she even sat and watched Rascal eat (see below) which is a first!

It's a bad photo... but look at that face, she really was trying to be a good girl and leave the cat in peace  :)

I can't say I can personally recommend it; I certainly don't have the "woof" in me!!  But for the sake of sounding a little daft to the human side of the family, when he wants to make sure Megs understands that enough is enough, the OH seems to be making his point well...  can't wait to see it when he tries this in public  ;D

A picture says a thousand words.. and this one is adorable!! Look at sweet Megs being such an angel while the Rascal is saying.. "Haha.. Mom likes me best!"
I'm going to try the "woof" at Sofia today and see if that will keep her from eating the Sparklet's man. It's gotten so bad and he's so afraid of her that he just comes to a rolling stop and pushes the water off the truck in the general vicinity of our house. ( Our bill has gotten a bit higher too in order to cover him for 'hazardous duty!"

To understand why Sofia wants to eat the Sparklets man, you have to think like a dog. He comes to your house and you don't let him in, and then the runs away. Obviously since you don't want him in, he is not to be trusted, therefore he is to be chased.

Yeah, you guys put a smile on my face! Hey Kate, btw, I have 3 kids (human variety) and 1 Christmas tree ornament that says "Mom likes me Best!" LMAO My MIL asked if that was only one, and if they'd get more in, surely I told them I needed 2 more... I said "Hell no, and even if they did have more I wouldn'ta got one!!!"

My kids so Love me...

She liked that about as much as when I told her I was gonna "pay some 8th grader to whoop my 6th graders a** this coming year!" Boy his attitude sucks, he just needs to be taken back a notch, that's all! He used to be my lovey one! Well, shortly after, she called me in a fit of Nana rage... "If that boy doesn't straighten up..."  You're gonna what Gloria??? pick the bully out for me?? lmao!
