Max is one adorable little pup, I spy a tail...J.D also has a tail. The all natural look is my favourite, although I could do without the coffee table trouble when he gets excited! Coffee Cups and drinking glasses flying everywhere...

Enjoy little Max, they grow up so fast.  :)

Growing up fast is right. Just look at the changes in Max in those photos, and only 5 weeks from the first to the last. In the first he looks like he is still looking for his litter, little feet and short muzzle. In the last, he is starting to shape out, with big feet and the muzzle is starting to elongate. I for one did not take enought pictures of Princess as she was going through this stage. By the time they get to 7 months they are getting close to their final size.

That's it! It's the tail that make him look soooo baby! Enjoy!

You are not allowed to dock the tails in the UK anymore so he has his tail, which he likes to chase every now and again !!

He has started puppie classes and is doing really well when he is not trying to play with the other dogs especially a female Rottie who is 2 weeks older than him......

Max looks adorable and has the same little black patches on his front paws as Megan does...  looking forward to more pics.

Any tips on how to get the cats to play nicely?  Megs is pretty good with them but they won't play nice with her!

Our cat will will walk up and have a sniff and as soon as Max moves towards him he is off either up the stairs or onto the Sofa !!

He has become a bit braver lately and when Max is asleep he sneaks up and sniffs his nose, Max is pretty good and does not chase him when his is walking around only when they have a sniff and the cat runs off !!

Hoping it will get better with time.

Oh, please don't remind me...I used to have a bitch who's tail was docked. Ironically, she found a new home in April 2007, though it was after the new law was finalised...
::) Sorry, I have a thing for hijacking threads.  :P

Glad to hear Max is doing well in puppy class, J.D wasn't too fond of the puppies in his training class to start with. All is well nowadays.  :) Be sure to get loads of puppy-pictures, because like rgreen said, the stages whizz by, and before you know it, you have a 70lb Dobe.  :)

Enjoy the baby...He's utterly adorable.
