Snoopy is all natural with his tail and floppy ears. The tail through me off but the three different vet's that have seen him say they are sure that he is pure breed?  what do u think?  also he seems like he has a little more hair than most but he is still a puppy.

He appears pure blood to me as well. The natural tail of a Doberman is different and one of the main reasons it is docked. When it is done normally, it is done at the age of approximately 4 - 7 days of age. Once you get much beyond that point, then the docking of the tail becomes more of a serious item.

I think that he is definitely on the small side at 22" tall and about 40lbs.  I think he is about six months old but I have nothing to prove that.  Like I said earlier I did not get much info on him.  It was more like a rescue.  The vet told me he would probably grow to be about 90+lbs, but everyday I am doubting that. He is one smart pooch though and he learns quick too.  Although I am still working on the mouthing and dropping the ball when we play fetch, but he does like to play.  Any advice on how to indicate somewhat how big he will be and maybe some tip on how to break his bad habits.  I already closing his mouth and giving him a toy but he is not chilling out much.  I do have two little boys and he is just trying to play, but either way it is unacceptable.  I would like o maybe in the future get another Dobe to keep each other company when he is in the back yard during the day sometimes, plus I just really love this breed, in comparison to others.
