Hi Kate, go Alice Cooper!  You're right; pretty soon all of the little buggers will be out. Not soon enough, though, because they can barely contain themselves. I'm 12-month, so I'll be working through the summer - much different pace then.

Oh I dread the summer months with the kids home, means barking chihuahua lots of kids screaming and bikes, skateboards, etc.  will be working on that "no bark" training........

Even though I have been out of school now for 7 years I still get all excited and giddy with the warm weather.  There is just something in the air and I get nostalgic for those long summer days we spent at the beach, high school/college summer romances, no plans, and friends... sigh...... I think I am going to have a glass of lemonade.

Hello all! New to the forum as we've just got our first Dobe.  Been a Dog owner with Boxers and Mini Doxies, but will say that my wife and I agree that our Dobe Caliana "Cali" is the best dog we've had by far.

Living in Green Valley, AZ (20mins S of Tucson) by way of SF BAY Area (Newark).  Also spent 4 years overseas doing the Military thing.

Western North Carolina~ North Wilkesboro, to be exact. (The cows and chickens outnumber all 4,245 of us)

I love it, though sometimes it feels like there isn't much of anything to do around here. We have WalMart, and a couple other stores, but that's about it. D:

Tayoh and I will always be 'country folk.'

I've only been in Az for 3.5 years.  Ive never made it to the rock show here.  Ive been to plenty of shows everywhere else...the best concerts were the 3-day rock fests in Europe, basically a modern day Woodstock.

No problem - It was something I wanted to do, and something that I am proud of and made me who I am today.

I'm in Freeport MI, a tiny, itty bitty town between Grand Rapids and Lansing. When I say tiny, I mean tiny.... we have fewer than 500 people, and a half hour drive to anything resembling civilisation.

I know right where Adrian is! My aunt and uncle lived there for a long time while my uncle was principal of one of the elementary schools, in the mid 80s.
