This may not be very significant in y'all's lives, but please, if you have the chance, pray for me and my success this year :)

What a great year it's going to be.  Like everyone said, you will do great.  Just make time to enjoy movies with friends and hangin' around with Zelda etc. etc.!!  Best to you!!

Thanks for the well-wishes, guys :)

School went by pretty fast today, it was 8th period before I knew it. The students that participate in Fine Arts department have schedules that are completely askew, choir members scattered between 4 periods, orchestra is everywhere, as well as a lot of the other non-fine arts students. What went down was that the software used to create the schedules locked the admins out so they can't change anything until at least Thursday. That was the least of my worries... I recieved the most horrid news during 1st period.

Our choir director had to move away due to a family emergency, I had known this since the beginning of the month, expecting a new Choir Director. He was in for a week, but... Friday he resigned. No one knows why. So, now we are choir director-less and also Music Theory teacher-less. It broke my heart! (I even cried a little...)

The district is currently looking for a qualified teacher and musician to teach us, but for now, us choir upperclassmen have to look out for those younguns.

Stressful already :'(

Oh dear, what a sad note to start your semester on ( no pun intended)I'm so sorry.

Things will work out.. they always do. Hard to see it right now, I know, but keep your chin up and look for silver linings and the best will always come.

Thanks for sharing your first day with us. Sorry it wasn't what you hoped for and I hope tomorrow will be better

You will have a wonderful year!  Senior year is the best, of course because it's the last year, but also because a lot of the nonsense and BS is dropped.  No one really cares once that last semester rolls around...

Study and stay on top of your work and you won't have to stress about grades.  A little every day really does get you by and only preps you for college.

I'm sorry about your choir.. who knows the new teacher may be a great thing to come your way!

Kate: I really hope that our new director comes in and stays with us :) I don't want to compare, but hopefully they'll be as outgoing as my last choir teacher!

Jess: I'm doing my best to stay on top of my game this year! No slacking for me! >:)

Wolfie: LOL. I had senior-itis my junior and sophomore year XDDD I have a slight immunity to it now :P I'm thriving for straight As instead of Bs, Cs and Ds XD
