Just wanted to share an article that's spreading around on Facebook. I don't know how to make it a hyperlink - for some reason the little menu thingy with the hyperlink option isn't showing up.

I saw that story on Facebook.  Those Airline employees were not only rude and inconsiderate, they were downright cruel. To the dog, yes, for kicking her, but also to the man. NOBODY should be treated that way...and for this to happen to a disabled veteran is totally inexcusable.  Sometimes, people just have no common sense at all.

I was so furious when I heard about this it is just unbelievable, why is the world so angry and taking it out on everybody around them??? it's just uncalled for behavior......I hope the dog doesn't have any lasting emotional issues about this being a service dog it could affect his ability as a service companion if he begins to fear people approaching the two of them. And the dog had his vest on just ticks me off big time......did the employees get fired at least I can't read that story to find out.....

This sickens me. End of story.
I could rant on about this, but I feel much better, knowing that I've sent an email to Jim and his team.

The stupidity of some people amaze me. They should be tied up by their toes in a tree. :|

I know I am late to post to this thread and read/see it.

I couldn`t even watch the full story it just made me so sick to my stomach what this man and his dog went through and how they were treated.

I pray that the man`s PTSD was not made worse by this whole thing and if it was ,that he recovers quickly as well as his dog.

I also want to thank him for his service to us and our country.

Many do not realize what our veterans have gone through even to serve our country. It is something I do not take for granted anymore.

My oldest son is in the marines and just finished SOI(School of infantry) and is now in MART(Marines awaiting recon training). So we are learning what he is all going through as he calls us often and talks to us.

This airline should be very ashamed of themselves and sounds like they need to educate the people who work for them and or re-evaluate if they need to be working for them. Their behavior was dispicably appalling.

Sorry for the rant but this actually hit a very deep nerve in me so I will not say anything further.
