Hi all,

Just wanted to share a bit of scary but good news, we put an offer on a house and they accepted!!! we are terrified of the work that's involved in packing and moving and then selling this home which we have been in for 22 years!!! we have raised so many furbabies in this house and said goodbye to so many here, we take care of the stray cats and will worry about them so it's sad and happy at that same time. But it's a huge home so no more smacking the door casings with my crutches, and there will be tons of room for more than one big dog!!!! 2 rotties maybe??? yayayaya the house has almost 3 acres but most are kinda unusable due to being pretty steep off the back and pretty severe sloping out the front but we have a waterfall we can see and hear out the back on the deck it's barely off our property but the river associated with it is on our property for a short distance and there is room for the mom's in the daylight basement which is actually the size of my current house!!! it has 4,000sqft with 2000 more upstairs in a bonus unfinished area but it is plumbed for a bath.......it's scary to think of living somewhere different it's in another county and almost at the state line puts me far away from my mom who is needy right now but she is considering going with us, I can only hope.....we have to go through the process of all the inspections right now so it could still fall through if we find some major issue, hopefully not so in the meantime here is the house:

When we get the keys I will post more pics, it's terrifying and moving all the animals will be scary but they will have their own room and lots of sunshine!! who knew the cat room would actually be in a totally different house hahahaha, no wonder my husband broke his hand. the realtor is really excited about selling our house he said it has amazing curb appeal and is very cute and there should be non stop foot traffic and that the inside was perfect  yayayayaya except for the one wall where we removed the living room windows at the old carport when we enclosed the carport to have a 6 car garage the window had to go to put in a firewall so we only have a huge piece of chip board over the hole hahahaa he said that needs to be fixed hahahaaha ya think???  so he's excited which means it should be easy to sell our house.......

I will have to sell the limerock M3 Bmw :(( I LOVE that car but it has a lot of equity that will help out so I guess it goes......priorities and choices I guess......it was an investment car so I guess this a good swap investment.....so sorry that Ben couldn't enjoy the large yard and the peaceful quiet....he would have loved it....

It's such a gorgeous house and how fabulous that you'll have so much room and space for the furkids.

P.S. I love to move.. love changes and especially the thrill of buying a place ... renovating and selling..

well guys guess what it's like the rottie saga, the house fell through!!!!!

Seems that two days ago they did a revamp at my husband's work and told him they were adjusting pay plans, but they didn't tell him if he was involved!! they guarantee him a certain minimum every month and we ASSUME that they will still adhere to that but without that information we can't take the risk. Adjustments will not be made until 2 weeks from now so that would put us in the Pending phase where we would lose our earnest money, so we had to back out now :((

We are sooooo disappointed, I waited till we were in the inspection phase to tell anyone thinking that that meant it was ok to mention it, we usually jinx things when we tell others too soon, but I figured it was ok since we were paying inspectors and getting estimates for the driveway paving and fencing for the dogs. So I feel really crappy about this.

My mom totally wigged out on this cause we would be 35 minutes away from her instead of 3 minutes and she is older now and needs help so we were tickled that this house has a floor for my mom and a floor for his mom and the main floor for us, we would never have to bother each other. And each of their floors were 1500 sq ft!!!! a whole house to themselves within OUR house that was GREAT!!!!! But my mom freaked out I mean freaked out, she got terrified that she would have to sell her place and move, she started picking fights with me about it and saying we needed to discuss this etc. and I said NOPE we don't, we are moving you have a choice go with us or stay, but it's happening. So now she gets the last laugh cause it isn't happening.

We have cut the emotional ties to this house we have been in for 22 years and we are ready to move, all I can figure is that there is an even better home out there for us. And maybe the "real" one won't have to have the mom's live with us at all.......I love em to death but they have proven all to well why they shouldn't live with us after this house came so close to being it.......

2 Rottweilers will have to wait maybe just one for now.....

Aww, sorry it didn't work out, it was a lovely house.  But, like the rotties, the right one will come along, at the right time.

One of these days I keep telling myself that, we did go buy a piece of property this weekend we are done with the house looking so we are waiting to see if they accepted our offer for the land it's 3 acres and the best part it keeps me in my immediate area so NO ONE has to go live with us yayayayayaya and we have our sights set on the house we want to build that's yet to be seen so maybe this will work out.
