I have two choices. Stop playing with the dobeshark or prepare for limb reconstruction. I have eighteen punctures at various places from elbow to fingertip. All unintentional.

Oh dear don't give up yet!! Imagine him a teething toddler, his mouth is feeling all sorts of new things especially sore! Ice cubes, frozen washcloths, frozen veggies. When he starts to nip give a stern no and redirect to a teething toy of some sort. He may be a bit young yet but you could also have him be your shadow on a loose lead around the house. It's seems like forever but this phase will pass. Sometimes it's simply that they need a nap. Put him in his kennel/crate/room with his toy and give yourself a break :)

You must NOT let your Dobie play bite at all... My dobe is 4 months old and will no longer bite or play bite me but will other family members... If my Dobe's teeth make any contact with my skin I give a FIRM and loud "LEAVE IT" (we say leave it instead of "no" because we constantly tell our kids NO lol) I praise her when she stops. Then I give her a toy, if I don't have a toy or she does not stop after the first 2 corrections I stop playing and ignore her. She knows who in the family will not put up with it and who will let it slide. Your pup will learn with patience and consistency from you. Don't give up! :)
