Now is the time to stock some canned pumpkin for CHEAP...

:)

Last year (after the holidays) when my local grocery store put the canned pumpkin out on 'clearance' - I went all in and tried to buy (almost) all they had. One lady at Kroger was kind enough to go look in the back for me... LOL! :)

Those girls are waiting for ANY signal that they can dive into those bowls. When they do get the signal the pumpkin will disappear first, followed by the green beans, leaving the kibble for last.

Lol they are both waiting patiently:) they look great Dobermanguy. I never tried to give Duke canned pumpkin yet, maybe I'll try it and see if he likes it...thanks for the tip.

I always keep a can or two of canned pumpkin around for when one of the dogs has the runs. I always try pumpkin first before reaching for meds.

The downside is that walking him around Halloween may not be so easy going forward.

Have one neighbor across the street that went jac-O-lantern crazy on her front porch this year. My girls all know that smell and really wanted to go over there and 'investigate' the entire time that stuff was out. LOL! :)
