Anyone tried, or heard anything about Earthborn brand Holistic Grain Free kibble?  We won a 28 lb bag at a give away during a dog event last night, and everything I have read online about it sounds remarkable.  I've been thinking of switching from Canidae only because the price keeps increasing on it and the last time I purchased it, I paid more and the packages are now smaller amounts.  Grrrr.  Not liking that combination so much.

I am going to slowly introduce this new brand into my dogs' diet and see if they like it, and I might just make the switch next time I have to replenish. Holistic and grain-free both sounds good to me.  The kind I got is called 'Great Plains Feast' and it includes bison meat and meal. Price is about the same as Canidae, but I can get it locally, whereas with the Canidae, my closest retailer is a 30-mile round trip just to get dog food.

Paul.. I'm sorry.. I've never heard of Great Plains Feast... Sure sounds good and if your kids like it.. wow. double good.

The only kibble we give Sofia is Kirklands Nature's Domain.Salmon and Sweet Potato.. Available only in the U.S. Costcos.. and that's about three hours from here.. Needless to say.. we stock up when we go across the border.. and if we hear of anyone going, it's on their 'please-pick-up list' from us.

Never heard of it, however, I did some minimal research on it due to your post, and it does sound like a good quality kibble.  Please let us know how it goes and how DJ likes it.
