I have a 7 yr. old female  that has been vomitting, wont eat, but drinks water excessively. We have been back and forth to the vet, for 9 days, and he has done complete blood work, a barium study, numerous exrays, and cannot find anything to base a diagnosis on. Any one have any thoughts or suggestions on what to look for or do next?

Don't really have any suggestions (not being a vet), but can certainly offer sympathy.  Maybe gather up al the results and see another vet?  Your vet doesn't have any ideas at all?

I would suggest asking for an ultrasound if all tests are within normal range, my collie did this and he turned out to have a tumor that could have been found with an ultrasound, and our rottie just recently had to have one cause everything showed fine but he was not well......it's at least another way to rule things out
