Was after some Adivce of feeding my Male Doberman puppy he is now 6 months old and I feed him twice a day.I have been feeding him off the Vets All Natural daily feeding guide and his out on 12 kg in 5 weeks which I'm worried is too much he still looks fine. But the guide now at his weight says 275grams vets all natural + 275mls of water plus 859grams fresh meat split into 2 meals does anyone think this is too much for a puppy I've been feeding him under this and not sure if to increase to what they say.Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks Craig

Me personally I never go off the bag I always go by how my dog looks. I also when I fed kibble really liked taste of the wild, orijen, acana, or Fromm. These are are great quality kibble. Dogfoodadvisory.com is a great way to search food.

I also don't go off of what the bag says. A 6 month old is going to be eating a lot more than an adult dog. You really just have to look at them and decide if they are at a good weight and adjust accrordingly.

Agreed. I go by what my pup is telling me. Jax was at 10 cups per day from about 6 months old until 13 months old. He eventually leveled off at 4-5 cups per day of grain free food. He is lean, well muscled & looks fabulous. BTW...we free feed, no timed feeding.

I need help. I have a 4 mo old dobe. He only weighs 25 lbs. he eats victor food twice a day. He was underweight when he was little because he had giardia. What are you guys feeding your babies? What can I use to bulk him up?
