Hey guys just wanted to show you a recent picture!  His ears are standing all by themselves, we thought when we were going to re-post them they were going to flop but it has now been a full 24 hours and they are still standing strong!  We have to get the stitches off on Friday.

Here's our boy right before the surgery!

And here he is after the surgery, 6 days ago!

That's amazing! I'm jealous, I want one that stands that quickly. I've only heard of a few dogs that it has happened with unless of course it is a super short crop. The edges of his ears from the pictures look good. Were you there when they took the bandaging off? Did they put some kind of creme to keep it from sticking?

Keep in mind that when they start teething that you may have to wrap again. Also you want the tips of the ears to be in a straight line not drooping to the side, or tipping out.

Yeah, she put some kind of ointment on it and she gave it to me to rub it on his ears twice daily but I forgot what it's called.  Yeah, but they are still standing straight, it's amazing!

Thanks Kate,
Trust me, I can't stop taking pictures of him, we were at the vet a couple days ago for his check up and we say an 7 week old dobie puppy!  I just couldn't believe that use to be Kratos!  The puppy looked so tiny and so gorgeous!  Kratos was so curious, he looked enormous next to the puppy. ::)
