We will be in California.. Northern part.. hot summers and in the winter mild maybe chilly.. I bought Missy a t-shirt to match mine that says S0S dobie rescue on it.. in a weaker moment.. I am glad to get out of the snow areas.. I think I had enough over my life time.. being brought up in NY state,  also living in Wyoming for 7 yrs.. now going back to Calif... I will go and explore the websites you put up..

We lived south/western part.. Green River near Rock Springs..  we raised 2 of our grand kids there before coming to Oregon.. Kylie is in College now and Tucker is living with other family he is 16. we raised them for 11 years..

Where did you go in Calif.. may i ask..?  Happydance.  we will be about 50 miles north west of Sacremento.  It is hot hot there now.. I am in eastern Oregon now.. nice weather here.. Mikes family is in California and he is that thru and thru altho he has been working in North Dakota for the last couple years.. I wish this move was done.. it will take me long to unpack.. my grand daughter may be able to come and help me before she starts back to school.. She wants to see some old friends there too. and of course go get Missy..
