I have been trying to upload a certain picture as the avatar photo, but the site keeps uploading another picture, the same one each time! I don't quite know where to go from here.

And i see you have your icon stuff all in order! If you want to change it in the future, it might take awhile to change the actual icon itself (i change mine every time i have a good picture to use ;P )
Again, i'm so sorry for flagging your post D: I really, really didn't mean it. I was on my brother's iTouch and pressed it in the process of scrolling down :C
im looking to change mine, cant see on edit what am i supposed to click on. Sigh...
What i mean is, its not letting me delete the current photo? despite me keep clicking the delete and save button? Calls Webby :)

Remember to refresh the page after you change the avatar photo, so your browser will not keep using the old one.
Thanks Alpha, did that, a couple of mintes ago and it worked like a charm.
Sometimes it is necessary to clear the browser cache as well. After Red's passing I was trying to change my Avatar from his picture to the current one of Princess. I tried, and tried and it wouldn't change. So, I closed my laptop and went over to a new desktop I was assembling, and when I brought the site up it was changed. I thought it was from the passage of time, but when I went back to the laptop, it was still the old one.
Then I remembered to clear the cache, and there it was.

I haven't changed mine in quite a while, but I seem to remember having to make a copy photo of the one I wanted to use and then resize it to a pretty small size before it would upload as the avatar. Once you do that, you might need to hit your 'refresh' button to see the updated photo. Hope that helps.

Maximum dimensions are 100x100 and the maximum size is 30 kB.
