Oh Barb.. she is so funny with her new sofa ( we have a brown blanket on 'her side' to keep doberstuff off the new velvet) she oooches ( it's a word) inch by inch off the blanket to get to the fabric..first she'll stretch out as long as she can get.. then before we know it, there's a nose, then a paw on the forbidden area..
" Sofia, back on your side"
with a huff and a puff she'll turn around, give us the cold shoulder and curl up in a little bitty wad on 'her own side'.
I'm hearing you on the cold attitude! They can bring on some drama, no? Sometimes I just burst out laughing at Leo! Really pisses him off! Which of course brings more laughter....
Dramarama indeed! Gauge isn't supposed to sleep on the bed, but the husband is in the middle of a 7 day stretch on shift and I slept in the guest bedroom last night as it was just too hot upstairs. So Gauge starts off the night on his couch but then sometime during the night creeps onto the bed and I wake up half off of my side with him smack dab in the middle! I tell him to get down and go back to his couch and I get THE LOOK. Along with the cold shoulder.
