I did some maintinance the other day, and forgot to replace my optimization settings, so (I assume you're using internet explorer) IE was running out of memory. oops
It should work now. If not clear you temporary internet files.

Right now, using my iPhone (Safari) & don't see any smileys. I'll check my PC later this evening.
