maybe you could have an instant message system where we can talk to eachother live. It'd be faster when someone needs quick help or an instant response.

There is spell check on the when you write a post. It' s at the bottom next to the Post and Preview buttons.
The thing about instant chat is, nothing is saved. It's rare if if ever a person has a problem no one else has had. So eventually most problems will have a solution a quick search will find.
Good idea.I would like this also as long as my s l o w typing could be tolerated ;D
