Today's Pix of Ziva
She's been on the thyroid meds for 4 1/2 months now, and dropped her weight from 107.7 lbs to 92.0 (weighed her at Petsmart on their doggie scales today) and she has so much energy again. We stopped at the dog park on the way home from Petsmart today because it was 50 degrees and sunny...for January in central Indiana, that's like an unexpected summer day. Ziva ran and played with the other dogs there, and chased tennis balls that were being thrown, found her own personal favorite dog-park toy----the STICK---and generally had a great time. Just thought I'd post a current photo or two of her at her current 92 pound weight.

Ziva's looking really good, such a lovely shiny coat. She's having a great time too.
ZD...She looks amazing...absolutely amazing!!
She looks as 'happy as' I so love to see our dobies run :)
Looking good!
Looking good! Glad to see she's getting her energy back again :) She looks like she's having a blast! Is 92 lbs her ideal weight or does she have a little ways to go yet?
Janelle, Ziva is a 'big boned' girl and pretty good sized, has a HUGE barrel chest, so I'd think that if she loses much more than a couple more pounds, she might look underweight for her size. I'll be happy if she can just maintain her weight right now, give or take a pound or two.
She looks fabulous, shiny and happy... We had a pretty nice day in Mass today. We went for a long walk about and hour and half. I actually skipped our afternoon walk b.c it was so long. It is great to get out with them.
She is such a beautiful girl! I think she looks perfect at 92 lbs and her coat is just so shiny!
Paul; GREAT captures of a GREAT girl.. Just look at the smile on her face going after that ball!!
' mine mine mine! '
The dog in the back ground looks as if he's saying..
" oh why bother??"
In the first picture you can really see the definition of her beautiful conformation and great tone.. She is stunning..
I think you're right, 92 lbs seems to be the perfect weight for her. (Sofia totters between 89 and 90 lbs and is large boned as well.. just a hint of ribs showing and that's what we want.)
. Just wait til the springtime is constant and the Queen Z is out running all the time, she'll take off those last couple of lbs. in no time, although, personally, I think she's perfect!!
We Love Ziva!

Wow, she looks great! Looks like you guys had a lot of fun too.
I live in Northwest Ohio and we had sunny weather today too, with temps in the upper 40's. I wish it could be like this till Spring!
