Evie being social(video)
Here's quick video of Eves being social at the park -- when she finds a playmate, she loves to bop them in the face with her ball:)
Kinda cute: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQ3gGdQJTMo&feature=youtu.be (opens in new window).
How fun! Evie's approach to play is too funny .. I have been easing Enzo into the dog park scene and he is finally starting to play with other dogs. He still gets pretty overwhelmed if too many dogs so we go off times to a really small park with great agility equipment to work on his confidence. Thanks again for sharing the video! Cheers ~
Well I enjoyed watching Evie. She is a very pretty girl. I like how she wanted the other dog to take the ball, but she wouldnt give it up. So cute.

Too funny, she hasn't quite got the play with the ball game down has she, hahahahaha, gotta let the other dog have the ball for just a bit so you can chase the other dog, hahahaha she's funny. she's very pretty too!!! She looks to be healthy with such a lovely coat.
OOO How I loved watching that beautiful fawn girl play.. WHAT A TEASE SHE IS!
" Come and get it big guy"
" Nope.. chase me chase me!!"
She's adorable.. thank you so much for posting..
Thanks for the kind words. Here she is playing a bit of fetch too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVbP3O3NoEw
This typically how we play at the play -- she stays focused on me unless there's a playmate that she knows/likes.
Thank you for sharing I really enjoyed that.. she is a wonderful dobe.. what fun..
I want a dobe that will go for a ball like this.. I can not run with a dog but I can throw a ball to keep a dog going.. color, age, doesnt matter just that I can bond through training and playing ball or frisbie..
Hugs,
Betty
Love the video!!! and where do they find that extra 5" of tongue, hahahaha Ben does that he gets tired a bit and that tongue just gets longer and longer. I LOVED the other dog sneaking up that was too funny......did she ever notice the other dog??
How long can she play this game, she seems to never tire of it???
She actually started taking little breaks when she was around 14 months. Previous to that age, her energy was seemingly endless:)
Overall, it worked out well, from 2-6 months she was interested mostly in romping with other dogs(she didn't really start fetching until 6 months).
