SearchFour year old Dobe up for adoption
I just got an email from the Doberman club up in Baltimore. There is a four year old red male up for adoption. The owner has been out of work for a year and now has to part with his/her companion. I have emailed them back asking if I can make a donation to help with care & feeding. Details on the Dobe are as follows:

Sire: Ch Trotyl de Black Shadow
Cropped & docked, very well socialized. Neutered as well.
I really hate to see someone have to part with their dog - and I feel bad for the Dobe that he may have to leave his family - but if anyone is interested I can get you the contact details.
oh dear how terrible for all involved; do keep us posted on the fate of this fellow......so sad.....
I'll try to keep tabs on him and let you all know what happens. At the least I'm going to buy a few bags of dog food and take to them so they can keep him a little longer - maybe their luck will change.
Heard back from the club pres and she said it is a housing issue. They are having to move and the new apartment doesn't accept dogs. The good news is the club has found an acceptable home and two backups, so he will be well cared for.
I'm so glad this Dobie found a home, but its so sad that his family had to part with him. Thanks for letting us know.

Aww this breaks my heart. I truly hope this Dobie finds a wonderful, loving home. My heart goes out to the family that has to give up their family member. I know how hard that is as I've bene through it before. Is there a way you can keep up posted on this?
