One ear looks shorter

So, I unwrapped my puppy's ears to clean them and re-post them, only to notice that one ear stands a bit lower than the other. The right ear looks shorter than the left, and also, it looks different from the left ear. The left ear has a nice S shape, but the right ear is completely straight. Kinda looks like he got different styles, but it can't be. How do I fix his right ear, to stand parrarel with his left ear? I use the tampon method, and I've noticed he sleeps a lot on his right side, making his right ear go a little closer to the left ear, so the right post leans inside. Could that be the problem?

I was given a rack to post his ears, but his head it still too small and it doesn't fit. I'll probably switch to rack when he gets a little bit bigger.

Without pictures it would be difficult to tell if one ear is really shorter than the other. What is more likely is that he has a pocket in one ear. When posting, you do need to stretch the ear up onto the post - then make sure it is not leaning in towards the middle of his head - it is best if the ears are straight up and down or leaning just slightly out - they should not lean in.

I can't speak to the difference in shape without seeing good pictures.

He does not have a pocket. I do always stretch them. I noticed I made the bridge too tight. It was at 11:55 and 00:05. I cut it and re-did it again, now it's at 11 and 1. I was told to put them at 10 and 2, but I don't really know about that. I'll see when I unwrap his ears again, and then decide if I'll go with it.

I noticed I explained it all wrong. The ear does not lean inside. The post does. Hence why I cut it off and taped the bridge again. Everything seems to be fine for now.

This is the shape of his left ear:

And this is the shape of his right ear:

I have only one picture of his ears that I took. You can't really tell the difference between the ears in this picture, but it's visible in real life. I'll take some more pictures when I unwrap his ears again.

I unwrapped Atila's ears. On this picture, he is tilting his head a bit, to the side. His left ear, however, leans slightly towards the right ear. You can see it in the picture below.

I wrapped his ears again, using the 10 and 2 position.

Is this okay? Do you think he has an ear pocket? His brother's ears are almost touching, but that's how the vet wrapped them? I wrap Atila's ears at home.

I think that there is definitely a pocket from that picture.

10 and 2 position is fine... but I'm not sure how well the ears are stretched up on the posts as they seem to be sitting rather low to me.
