A Doberman will do ok just about anywhere for any amount of time as long as he’s at your side. All a Doberman needs on a car trip is a potty break every 4 to 6 hours, plenty of water, and a window seat.

Of course, this is assuming such trips are rare. The DOberman requires a lot of exercise and shouldn't be cooped up in a car on a daily baises.
